Working together
The issues facing the LGBTQ community in Bermuda are as diverse as the community itself and in Bermuda this includes how employers and coworkers deal with the LGBTQ community when they are working. Diversity in the workplace, non-discrimination in hiring practices and in promotion or advancement opportunities, anti-bullying/harassment are all areas for which OUTBermuda looks to develop resources and be a partner to any employers, whether government or private enterprise.
